Origin and Terroir
Our coffee begins its journey in the highlands of Colombia, where mountains, microclimates, and the producers' expertise give rise to unique terroirs. Each plot tells a story, and each Colombian coffee bean reflects the delicate balance between soil, climate, and human effort.
Meticulous Selection of Beans
We select our coffees based on their varieties, producers, and terroirs. We only choose those that score above 80 points out of 100 according to SCA standards, thus guaranteeing exceptional quality, complete traceability, and rich, complex aromatic profiles. These coffees clearly reveal their terroir, with fruity, floral, or chocolatey notes.
Traditional Colombian Roasting
For roasting, we apply the traditional Colombian method, enriched and perfected in Brittany. Our goal is to find the perfect balance: to accompany the bean, reveal its personality, and respect the producer's work, without ever masking its natural qualities. Every step is designed to preserve the bean's identity and maximize its aromas.
