Each extraction method requires a specific setting: fine for espresso, to obtain an intense and concentrated cup; medium for filter methods, which highlight the clarity and typical aromatic notes of Colombian coffee; coarse for French press, to preserve sweetness and balance.

Adjusting the grind according to the desired result helps to avoid excessive bitterness or acidity and to allow the identity of Colombian-origin coffee to fully express itself, a faithful reflection of its terroir and the producer's work.
